Operator Dashboard | How to onboard new clients as Operator – Luxor Mining Pool

This guide will help you as an Operator to onboard new clients to your dashboard.

While designing this new dashboard we wanted to enable a two-way onboarding, from Operator to Miners as well as from Miners to Operator.

I'm an Operator and I want to invite my Clients to manage their activity

Step 1: Connect using your Operator Account

Step 2: Go to your Client List Panel > Click on Invite Client

Step 3: Enter your client's email

NB: It can be an existing Luxor account email or it can be a brand new email that we don't have in our database. Although we will apply referrals only if you onboard a new account, no referrals for existing miners.

Step 4: The client accepts the invitation

Your client will then be able to go on the Subaccount Management plan to accept the invitation

Then they have to select the type of rights and subaccounts that they want to share with you > Accept the invitation

Reminder :

Hashrate Data: Allow access to data and management related to the miners
Financial Data: Allow access to data and management related to the revenue and also transaction and revenue extractions

Step 5: All set and ready!

Once accepted on their side it should appear on your Operator Dashboard, You're all set, congratulations! 🚀

I'm an Operator and I want my Clients to invite me to manage their activity

If you prefer that your client directly invite you to manage their activity it's also possible and it's easy as in the first scenario

Step 1: They connect using their Miner Account

Step 2: Go to your Subaccount Management Panel > Manage > Click on Operator Invite

Step 3: Access Creation > Select the type of rights and subaccounts
